Welcome to Aqua, a newly-built luxury residential tower offering 10 exclusive full-floor residences with panoramic views of Seven Mile Beach. Each residence spans the entire floor, providing unparalleled privacy and seamless indoor-outdoor living through open floor plans and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the dazzling Caribbean vistas.


This second-level residence features a private ocean terrace accessible from the main living area and the primary suite. Here, guests can unwind amidst a lush tropical garden while relaxing in a private heated spa. The sprawling terrace is furnished with ample seating, sun loungers, and an alfresco dining table. Enjoy stunning sunsets from your private terrace, making every evening unforgettable.


Aqua’s prime location offers easy access to George Town, Camana Bay, and the island’s top restaurants and attractions, ensuring a perfect balance of blissful seclusion and nearby convenience.


The heart of the home is the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, custom cabinetry, a wine bar, and elegant quartz countertops. The adjacent oceanfront dining area comfortably seats 8-10 guests with mesmerizing views. For a more indulgent affair, coordinate a private chef to prepare a gourmet dinner or a champagne brunch, curated through our dedicated concierge.


The home's living area is furnished with a large sectional sofa, an HD SmartTV with cable programming plus a soundbar. There's also a second media den enclosed in glass that doubles as a home office.  


All four bedroom suites are designed with resort-inspired luxury featuring crisp whites, natural stone textures, and warm timber finishes. 


Sleeping Arrangements

  • Bedroom 1: primary suite, king bed, oceanfront, television, walk-out access to the ocean terrace, walk-in closet, small room safe, ensuite with dual vanity, soaking bathtub, and double shower.

  • Bedroom 2: king bed, ocean views, television, closet, ensuite with shower.

  • Bedroom 3: king bed, large balcony, television, closet, ensuite with shower.

  • Bedroom 4: queen over single bunk bed, large balcony, television, closet, ensuite with shower bath.

  • Additional Sleeping: two memory foam roll-away beds for children, or 2 portable cribs for infants.


Traveling families can request complimentary Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and other amenities to enhance their stay.


Light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to ensure an effortless five-star stay. Premium linens, toiletries, bathrobes, plus bath and beach towels are all provided. 


Aqua’s amenities extend beyond the residence. The communal infinity pool with tanning ledge offers a blissful place to unwind, while the beachfront below provides a tropical escape. For barefoot water entry, guests can venture up the beach to The Grandview or Sunset Cove.


Private fishing and snorkel charters can also be arranged, departing directly from Aqua’s private cove.


Guests will be assigned two private parking spaces in Aqua's garage with direct access via a keyed elevator. Aqua is a non-smoking property, ensuring a fresh, clean environment for all guests.

Aqua is located at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach and enjoys a wide barefoot beach in front of the building and infinity pool. Guests can take barefoot walks south for about half a mile.

The beach here is protected by a natural limestone cove.

Barefoot water entry may be enjoyed next door at the Grandview Condos or Sunset Cove, the neighboring properties north along Seven Mile Beach.

The Crown owns all beaches on Grand Cayman, up to the high water mark, meaning they are public property.

Booking Rules

  • 3-night minimum from Apr. 15 - Dec. 15.
  • 5-night minimum from Jan. 4 - Apr. 14.
  • 6-night minimum over Thanksgiving week.
  • 7-night minimum over Christmas & New Year's weeks.
  • Christmas & New Year's are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates before booking.
  • Inquire about last-minute or long-term rental discounts.

Aqua Policies

  • Check-in is 3:00 p.m. 
  • Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
  • All units are non-smoking.
  • No pets are allowed on the property. 
  • No parties, weddings, or events are permitted without written approval from the property manager. 
  • We ask all guests to be considerate when enjoying the pool and outdoor areas by keeping the noise to a minimum. 

Deposit Policy

  • A 50% deposit of rent is required at booking to secure your dates.
  • The remaining balance is due as follows:
    • Stays Apr. 15 - Dec. 15: 30 days before arrival.
    • Stays Jan. 4 - Apr. 14: 60 days before arrival
    • Stays from Dec. 16 - Jan. 3: 90 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Written notice of cancellation must be submitted by email to reservations@grandcaymanvillas.com

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • Cancellations made before the final payment due dates below are fully refundable, less a US$200 processing fee:
    • Stays Apr. 15 - Dec. 15: 30 days before arrival.
    • Stays Jan. 4 - Apr. 14: 60 days before arrival
    • Stays Dec. 16 - Jan. 3: 90 days before arrival. 

If a cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, all rent and service fees will be forfeited. Taxes and any equipment rental fees will be refunded.

No refunds will be given for shortened stays within the cancelation period.

Getting Around

A rental car is not needed, as taxi cabs can be relied on to get around. However, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can get expensive when venturing beyond Seven Mile Beach. 

For rental cars, we recommend Budget CaymanAvis, or Marshalls.
