The vacation experience for our Luxury Platinum Collection villas begins with a group airport greeting by private vans (7-day stay required). Our on-island hospitality team can coordinate the delivery of your rental vehicles to the villa in advance. One group airport pickup and drop off is included with your Concierge and Transport fee.

Great Family Place
by RoyVacationed with my family of 13. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this fantastic place. The property management was second to none. They took very good care of us and assisted with transportation, groceries, etc. only drawback was the beach area behind the house, as there was some seaweed. To explore beaches, it’s best to travel to seven mile beach area. Still a great trip!!
Beautiful Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The home is beautiful and extremely comfortable. The location on South Sound was close to shops and restaurants but not crowded at all. Our only complain is the beach at the home was covered in seaweed and essentially unusable. Hard to see in the pictures but the first 50 meters in the ocean around the house is all sea grass, not a clear sandy bottom. It is still fine but that doesn't show up in the pictures. The property management company was the best we have dealt with and helpful and attentive to any request. We would certainly stay there or any of their properties
Ocean Front Villa
by HarrietThis house was all we could have hoped for. It was spacious, immaculate, and the small issues were resolved immediately. The view was spectacular, the amenities perfect, and we were very comfortable. The only issues were a lot of sea grass on the beach, which couldn't be avoided due to the weather and the wind, and the water pressure in the house was quite weak in some of the bathrooms. In total, our family of 12, ranging in age from 3-75, was very comfortable and happy.

Family Fantasy Vacation
by ArleneModern upscale villa beautifully decorated. Comfortably fit our family of 11 including three children under 2. The pool was perfect for them because its wading areas were like a baby pool. Te setting was just perfect. The shore was rocky and you definitely need water shoes to swim off the beach. The deck off the back was so nice The boys fished off it everyday. We used the kayaks since the shore was calm We watched the sunrise every morning. The furniture and beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We did experience a few hiccups, but the property manager was quick to respond or come to the house. She was always available and helpful. Also, the concierge service was so helpful getting us reservations for whatever we wanted and getting us transportation. All in all it was one of our best family vacations ever and I don't think we will vacation any other way in the future.

Truly Fabulous

We itilized the concierge services to schedule reservations and excursions which was also excellent. The pool system and house amenities make it easy to want to stay on the property the whole time. House is great for families or several couples. Hope to come again (soon!).

While Grand Cayman is only 22 miles wide some guests prefer to be closer to Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach for day trips. Point of View is only 10 minutes from George Town, the Airport, and the beaches on the west end.
The villa enjoys a sandy beach, however, guests need to be mindful that this is a marine area with a coral reef. Wading in the water will require hard-soled pool shoes or fins.
This is not the perfect barefoot beach for swimming. It is a marine environment and is protected. One can walk west for the least interaction with others in this residential neighborhood.
Driving west of the house will take you towards George Town and there is a very nice spot called Smith Cove "Barcadere" with barefoot swimming and snorkeling. Dart Beach is also there as well and open to the public.
For more barefoot swimming on Seven Mile Beach, you can swim at Governor's Beach, Tiki Beach near the Kimpton, and Cemetery Reef.
Point of View has its own dock and our guests enjoy excellent snorkeling and kayaking out to the reef.
General Grand Cayman Beach Notes
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.
The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.
Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

Booking Rules
- 5 nights minimum stay preferred, shorter stays may be available, but will incur a higher departure cleaning fee.
- 6 nights minimum is required over Thanksgiving week.
- 7 nights minimum are required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates before booking.
- Must be 25 or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

Getting Around
A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
