This spacious villa sits directly on a gorgeous beach with sweeping ocean views. The shoreline is a delightful mix of soft sand and pebbles, perfect for beachcombing and relaxation. For water lovers, the ocean offers entry with water shoes, leading to a sandy bottom less than 100 yards from shore. The area is a snorkeler’s paradise, offering spectacular views of vibrant marine life just steps from the villa.
After exploring the waters, rinse off in the brand-new outdoor shower, then enjoy the completely remodeled infinity pool. Relax on the Baja shelf with submerged loungers or ease into the freshly upgraded heated spa—ideal for melting your troubles away. The pool area also includes a raised sun deck overlooking the ocean and a redesigned outdoor kitchen featuring a propane grill, pizza oven, and prep area, perfect for hosting outdoor gatherings.
Inside, the villa features expansive, light-filled living spaces with contemporary decor. A full wall of oceanfront windows offers panoramic views, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly. The open-concept design creates a welcoming space for family gatherings, whether sharing meals or enjoying a game night. After a day of island exploration, settle into the comfy sectional sofa for a movie or family board game.
This single-story private residence comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across four well-appointed bedroom suites, each with a private bath.

The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ideal for preparing everything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. For an extra touch of luxury, you can also hire a private chef for a night of worry-free dining.

Great House!
by CarlaThe house was great for our group of 9 adults. It was very relaxing and had a beautiful view. We loved the pool overlooking the ocean. We had an issue after check-in and Sonya, the property manager, was great. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled, even coming herself to the home at 9pm that night to take care of us. We loved that the home and beach were private. It was about a 25 minute drive to 7 mile beach and 25 minutes to Run Point (unless you get in weekday work traffic). There is a great grocery store and many good restaurants nearby as well. The kitchen and outdoor grill was great for cooking at the home as well. The beach is very natural and lots of sharp edges and sea urchins, so water shoes are a must if you choose to venture out. We barely did, but took a catamaran cruise one day and spent another day at 7 mile beach. It was great and we would stay here again.
Perfect Place for Our Family

We spent most of our time on the back porch - the view, the pool and hot tub, and the great covered area to hide from the sun in the afternoon! The kitchen was so well stocked! We were able to cook full dinners with plenty of space for prepping and cooking. The property manager, Sonya, was so responsive and great!! The welcome charcuterie board was such a nice surprise after checking in. When we had an issue with the grill starting, she had someone come over within a couple hours to fix it!

Amazing Rental
by nonnamariasThis rental, although pricey, was spectacular! It was centrally located on the island ... could reach either end within ~ 25-30 min. The villa itself was clean, up-to-date, and spacious! It had all the amenities of home, as well as a variety of pool/beach gear, including beach towels & chairs, small cooler, umbrella, beach toys, life jackets, floaties, sunscreen and bug spray. They even had a safe and computer for our use, as well as a security system, which helped us feel secure. In addition to the villa, the property manager, Jennifer, was fantastic! We had a couple of questions and she responded with lightening speed! The only caveat I have is, I would not rent this villa if you have young children, as there is no fence/protection around the pool. All in all, if you are looking for a beautiful, spacious, safe, quiet, fully furnished place to stay, I would enthusiastically recommend Present Moment!

Great Vacation
by CinMinnesotaThis home was depicted accurately in description with amenities and photos. We rented through Cayman Villas in January 2020. It was perfect size for 8 adults. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well. We cooked in 2 of the nights. It is approximately a 25 min drive to seven mile beach but it is an easy drive. I would not consider the beach in front of the home a good area to swim. We did not attempt. There were 7 beach chairs and a cooler that we could take to the beach with us. They also provide beach towels. We contemplated staying near 7 mile - but this made us able to stay together in one unit and stay in our budget. We reached out to property manager once during our week (with a question- not a problem) and she responded immediately. In January we did not experience any mosquitos. It only rained on our arrival. It was very windy for 3 of our days. A tip: if it is windy - venture to another side of the island. When it was windy at the house, seven mile beach had no waves at all.

Centrally located, the homes in Bodden Town offer shore diving and snorkeling as well as protected beaches for kayaking. The beaches are mostly sand, but can also have some natural rock formations too.
Either way, with the varied marine life we have in the water, you will want to wear foot protection (pool shoes or fins). The beaches here offer great seashell collecting and turtle sightings in summer!
Bodden Town is only 20 minutes from town and 15 minutes from 2 large resorts in the east end, Morritt's and The Reef. Both offer manicured beaches as well as restaurants, a grocery store, liquor store, souvenir shops, and a cafe/pastry shop. These two resorts also offer scuba, snorkel trips, jet skis, windsurfing, kiteboarding, ocean-front pools, and bar service.
Heading east, the South Coast restaurant is only 5 minutes away. Other casual restaurants are nearby. You are 25 minutes from the famous Rum Point Club & Kaibo with water sports, restaurants, beach bars, a gift shop, and a barefoot beach with table service.
General Grand Cayman Beach Notes
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.
The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.
Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

Booking Rules
- 5 nights minimum stay required.
- 6 nights minimum are required over Thanksgiving week.
- 7 nights minimum are required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's are split into two rental periods. Please inquire directly about your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

Getting Around
A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
