Sea 2 Infinity's new owners wish to welcome you to an oceanfront paradise! This two-story villa spans over 4,000 sq. ft. and sits on over an acre of sand in beautiful Cayman Kai.


Guests can walk to Starfish Point, the Kaibo restaurants, and the Rum Point Club. It's the perfect getaway for a large family or multiple couples.


Sea 2 Infinity features 4 bedroom suites, a sandy beachfront, and a large private pool with a heated spa. 2 single kayaks and 2 paddleboards are also included.

  • Oceanfront great room with stunning views comes furnished with large cable television, stereo, and multiple couches and chairs for everyone to use after a day of sun and surf.

  • A large wall of sliding glass doors leads out through the screened porch to the beach, dock & pool deck. 

  • The formal dining table seats eight, in addition to the bar seating in the kitchen area. 

  • Modern kitchen with high-end appliances, along with a full complement of dishware, cookware, cutlery, and small appliances.

  • Queen Suite: upper level, ocean views, queen bed, SmartTV, walkout access to a railed sundeck with loungers, ensuite with shower.

  • East Suite: lower level, ocean views, king bed, SmartTV, walk-out access to the screened porch, ensuite with shower.

  • Garden Suite: lower level, garden views, king bed, SmartTV, ensuite with shower.

Great home and Location

Sea 2 Infinity is a great home in a great location on Rum Point. The property was beautiful and the home was immaculate. I feel like we received an awesome home for the money. The proximity to Kaibo Restaurant was also completely on point, the food was excellent. We were also able to do a boat trip from the dock at Kaibo. Blair, our property manager, was available anytime I had a question that needed to be answered. We also contacted GCVC and were able to get massages booked in the house the next day. I can\'t say enough about the property or the Island in general. Grand Cayman was wonderful vacation destination for me, my husband and the three other couples that came with us. I hope to return!

Great family vacation!

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Our family included ages 8 months to 71 years and everyone enjoyed themselves here. Having Kaibo Beach bar, the coffee shop, the ferry to town across the street and starfish beach down the road (a 5 minute walk) made this location absolutely perfect. The management team was also tremendous. We only had a couple of small things through out the week (ie. we lost a paddle board oar) and they were addressed within an hour! I can’t say enough good things about the rental and the service. 10 out of 10 for us!

Extremely Relaxing Vacation

Sea2Infinity is a beautiful home and couldn't be closer to the beach. Having kayacs and paddle boards is definitely a plus. Our group also enjoyed having the private pool. It was an extremely relaxing vacation and we will definitely be back.

Fantastic!

Our stay at Sea 2 Infinity was fantastic! The house is right on the beach in Rum Point, which is a very relaxed part of the island. The home itself was very nice and well maintained with tons of room for our family of four. The home features numerous outdoor spaces and having a pool and hot tub gave us lots of options for enjoying the water. The home is very close to Kaibo Beach club which offered good options for coffee, lunch / dinner, or a drink. Other restaurants in the North or East end are a short drive away. The onsite team made check in very easy and every detail was attended to. Overall, a great experience!

Best 60th Birthday Celebration

Thank you with all of my heart for the best 60th birthday celebration I could ever wish for! Your home is gorgeous and the view is amazing. All of the activities we have is like living in a resort. We loved kayaking to Rum Point, seeing the starfish at Starfish Point. The pampered ponies experience was awesome and I highly recommend! The horses swim in the water while you bareback ride on them. The barefoot beach BBQ on Tuesdays is excellent food and great fun. The Cayman Caves is fantastic- get Justin as your guide.

Excellent memories that I will cherish for life! I love you all and again THANK YOU!

Amazing House & Beautiful Views from Private Beach

We had the most wonderful week here enjoying this amazing house and the views from our beautiful beach. A few of our favorites you shouldn\'t miss. 1) Take a private boat charter to Stingray City through GCVC Charter or one of their preferred vendors. They pick up right at the Kaibo and you snorkel on the amazing reef, can tour the mangroves, and go to Stingray City to kiss a stingray. The captains were amazing and showed us all kinds of beautiful things. 2) Eagle Rays and Tukka in the East End for lion fish tacos. 3) Big Tree Barbecue on the East End as well. Local Cayman food and a lovely host. Do not be fooled by the humble look of the home. Food was out of this world. 4) The Parrot Sanctuary followed by lunch or dinner at Tukka East End was wonderful. The kids got to see the beautiful birds and wildlife as well as little critters that Ron (the owner) has saved. We would highly recommend this home and Grand Cayman to anyone. Thank you again to Penni and the Grand Cayman Villas team!

Paradise!

We had the most wonderful Holiday season at Sea 2 Infinity. This home is so comfortable. We stay in Grand Cayman a lot and this house had the best beach with plenty of chairs. We saw so many starfish while kayaking and paddle boarding. They were right off of the beach. We loved our morning tips to Kaibo coffee shop, just steps from our front door! We head back to Kansas City and will be met with 32 degrees and flurries. This was paradise! We will be back! PS- We found the music channel 933 Stingray \"The Spa\" and it created the most peaceful environment throughout the home. Lovely!

Perfect Location

Well, it is time for us to leave this gorgeous place. We have been to the island before, but never here- it was really the perfect location for us. I turned 71 here today and if I am unable to come back- I will always have memories from here. Kayaking and paddle boarding every morning at 6am as the sun is rising and waters calm- seeing sting rays and turtles and of course the \'stars\' in the water. Snorkeling around seeing fish of all types and sizes- one quite large barracuda. The pool was great as we didn\'t have to share with any others than the people we were with. Seeing a storm come towards us across the waters in a wall was amazing. Your porch is wonderful just to sit and listen any time day or night. We will leave today but our memories will go with us. Thank you!

Perfect For Our Group!

What a beautiful place to stay during our first trip to Cayman! This house was perfect for our our group of eight. Some of our favorite things were hanging out on the screened porch, lying around on our private beach, and enjoying time in the pool. The house was equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The management company was fantastic to deal with and very responsive. Exactly As Depicted Online

The house was secluded, exactly as depicted online, and a wonderful retreat for a girls trip. Each of the 4 suites had comfortable bedding and luxury towels. The property manager was responsive at every turn. The mid-week cleaning option was nice to filter out the sand. The lanais were the perfect place to enjoy meals and stay protected from the bugs. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Beyond Expectations!

The entire week at Sea 2 Infinity exceeded our expectations! The purpose of our trip was to celebrate a 50th birthday in a relaxing setting with the amenities of the private pool and to be within steps of the water. Each of the 4 suites were private with modern bathrooms and luxury bedding, The kitchen was fully furnished, and the property secluded enough to enjoy the serenity of the island. Property Manager Penni Bell was attentive, and responded quickly to a couple of minor issues with swift resolution. From booking to departure, Grand Cayman Villas & Condos was on point with recommendations for private chef dinners, a catamaran cruise, and even local discounts. I could not have chosen a property more suitable for our group. Thank you for an amazing week!

Takes Your Breath Away

Wonderful villa with breath taking views. We made use of every inch of the villa and outside. We didn't feel a need to go too far. Having the restaurant across the street was just fantastic. Starfish walks were a treat. Penni was extremely responsive to our needs. There is snorkeling right off the peers which was fun. The family spend countless hours paddle boarding, kayaking right off the beach with equipment we rented. A trip to remember!

Perfect for Kayaking Paddle Boarding and Swimming

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and private. We enjoyed using the pool and swimming at our beach, so we spent most of our time there. The water was shallow and calm, which made it perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It helps to have water shoes as the edge has a lot of shells and there is some sea grass. We also enjoyed going to the Kaibo beach club across the street for morning coffee and Croissants, lunch and dinner, and even for a special Caribbean BBQ event with live music. You definitely need a rental car for this end of the island because most restaurants and shops are 20+ minutes away. It’s peaceful and relaxing, and you are definitely away from the cruise ship crowds. We also liked that we could walk in less than ten minutes to Starfish point to check out the starfish and order food from the floating Pirates Grill when it was anchored there. We even saw starfish at our own beach too. I would highly recommend this area if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation away from the crowds. If you want a lot of activities, you may want to be closer to 7 mile beach area which can be close to an hour drive away from this location or a 30+ minute ferry ride from Kaibo. I would definitely recommend this home, and the Grand Cayman Villas team was kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Memories!

What a fabulous vacation we had. at Sea 2 Infinity. Everything we dreamed of and more! We swam in the pool, snorkeled off the dock, paddle boarded and relaxed in the hammock every day. We ventured to George Town and 7 Mile Beach but loved being at the house. Being so close to the Kaibo restaurants was a real treat. We had a day of snorkeling and diving with Silver Thatch with pickup right at our dock. The screened porch was great at night for family time, talking and playing cards. Thank you for a memorable Cayman vacation. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic

It was a phenomenal week, the property and amenities were amazing. We had an issue with the fridge one day and it was handled within 3 hours. The proximity to Kaibo (restaurant and coffee shop) is a lifesaver as well. 10/10 would stay again or recommend to a friend.

Sea 2 Infinity enjoys a beautiful barefoot white-sandy beach and northwestern sunset views facing the Stingray Sandbar & protective reef. You can walk barefoot all the way down to Starfish Point about 1/2 mile away, and north for about 1/2 mile as well. 

The Kaibo is a very short walk from the house and is an excellent place to grab your morning coffee, a casual lunch, takeout pizza for the kids, or enjoy an elegant dinner in their "Upstairs" fine dining restaurant.

The Kaibo also has a marina and is where many private charters will collect guests for private deep-sea fishing trips, snorkel safaris, or charters to Stingray City. Cayman Ferries also departs from the Kaibo across the sound to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach. It's the perfect day trip for guests wanting to explore, shop, or dine on Seven Mile Beach.

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.

The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.

Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.

Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival. 

Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

  • 5 nights minimum stay required.
  • 6 nights minimum are required over Thanksgiving week.

  • Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates prior to booking.
  • Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
  • Must be 25 or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.

Villa Cleaning & Sanitation

All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.

Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

Nearby Points of Interest

Getting Around

A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. 

For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.

Day Tripping

Cayman Ferries operates daily water taxis departing from the Kaibo Marina to Camana Bay. Perfect for day trips to Seven Mile Beach or shopping excursions at Camana Bay.
