Along the quiet North Side of Grand Cayman is where you will find this newly-built and freshly decorated bespoke villa. Welcome to Willow Beach!


This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath villa sits on an elevated ridge overlooking a sandy beachfront with amazing backyard snorkeling. Water entry requires fins or pool shoes as there are spots of rocky ironshore along the waterline. 


Overlooking the ocean, the villa's freshwater pool and tiled deck are elevated for enhanced privacy. Ample deck furniture, an outdoor shower, artificial grass terraces, plus an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill make for easy island living. 


The spacious open-concept great room links the living, dining, and kitchen areas with mesmerizing ocean views throughout. Quality furnishing and decor have been used throughout the property for an elegant and contemporary feel.


The living area is furnished with a plush sectional sofa and high-definition Samsung Frame television with Cable programming & Sonos soundbar. Folding glass doors provide seamless indoor/outdoor living allowing you to fill the great room with unobstructed oceanfront views. Each master suite has a vaulted ceiling, king bed and large bathroom with ocean views!


The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances and everything needed to prep and serve a homemade meal. The formal dining table seats 10 guests easily while the veranda dining table seats 6. The owners also provides a beachfront picnic table for seaside meals, with your toes in the sand.


The villa's 4 bedroom suites are separated by the great room with 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the home. 


Sleeping Arrangements

  • East Suite: oceanfront views, king bed, walkout access to the beach, vaulted ceilings, dual nightstands, ensuite with dual vanity, soaking tub, plus an open shower with water wand.

  • Bunk Suite #1: queen bed + 2 upper twin bunk beds, island views, ensuite with shower.   

  • Bunk Suite #2: queen bed + 2 upper twin bunk beds, island views, ensuite with shower.   

  • West Suite: oceanfront views, king bed, walkout access to the beach, vaulted ceilings, dual nightstands, ensuite with dual vanity, soaking tub, plus an open shower with water wand. 

  • Bunk beds are suitable for children only. 


Willow Beach is equipped with high-speed internet for work-from-home professionals and multiple streaming devices. 


Only 10 minutes from the Rum Point Club to the west, Willow Beach is very convenient to a small grocery store, a handful of restaurants, and our Guest Services Welcome Center with a private fitness center. Click the Map tab for other nearby attractions.

Outstanding Time!

We had an outstanding time at Willow Beach. The house is stunning and was above and beyond our expectations. The inside of the house was just as pictured. The beach area in the back was a little different than pictured but mainly because the vegetation has grown up more and the water level of the ocean was different. We picked this place because of the ability to snorkel right out the back door. It was amazing! We saw Lion fish, parrot fish, lobster and tons more. Water shoes are definitely needed getting in and out of the beach area. Being on the North Side worked out great for us. There were several restaurants within 15 minutes drive or less. The staff was very helpful and easy to reach. We hope to revisit this place again in the near future.

Peaceful Retreat with Amazing Views

There was a total of 6 guests and we had a ton of space to spread out. The home was clean, beautiful and was stocked with any necessary cooking appliances you would need. The out door area was extremely peaceful and the small beach front you had was more than enough. A easy walk to the water for snorkeling - would definitely recommend doing. The area is on the north end so if you’re looking for nightlife and hotels this is not for you. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with an amazing view and gorgeous home I would highly consider. Rum point and Kaibo are extremely close for a day outing and is also accessible for a boat day. We hope to return next year to make more memories in this house.

Private Backyard Paradise

Perfection

Loved every aspect of our stay. The house is gorgeous with every amenity except the food. Looking out to the beautiful sea, hearing the waves splash at each hour of day and night is lovely. The outside area is just as nice as the inside. The staff were responsive even on the weekends☺️?

Beautiful home, responsive and helpful staff. Our kids loved the pool and beach (although a little rocky so bring water shoes.) We also enjoyed snorkeling right off the back patio. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful beach/water front house

We had a great Thanksgiving week at Willow Beach. It is very well appointed, stocked and furnished with really nice indoor-outdoor living space. Pool is steps away and nice option for a quick dip. Unfortunately, rather small however we knew that before booking. Both king bedrooms are spacious & comfortable. Lots of lights and a nice fan/shade system. Took a minute to figure out due to so many buttons. The queen bed bedrooms (2) incl two single-bunks above that allowed for just enough beds for our families of 12. FrameTV is a nice touch in living room but a little disappointing that it was the only tv in the house. Speaking of the tv, the internet/wifi & streaming worked really well. Very pleased with the WiFi access & signal strength overall. Wish ESPN or YouTubeTV worked internationally, however that is not Willow Beach’s fault. Moving on to the most important part: the backyard!!! Views of the ocean, coastline, sunsets/sunrises, rainbows, waves, coral, sea grass and wildlife were spectacular. It made up for the single living room space inside. We did unfortunately catch a very windy northeast wind that never let up but that didn’t stop us from swimming, snorkeling, and walking/exploring the beach. Specifically to the beach, it was really littered with trash and debris. Certainly due to recent storms I imagine however it was a bit disappointing as well. The shells and fun things to find were still good amongst the debris. Certainly suggest water shoes for navigating the initial rocky area however that quickly turns into much more comfortable sea grass. It is very shallow which was a nice change from other recent snorkeling. Amazingly, there was really nice coral and fish species right off the shore. Like 20 yards. Additional coral was found however it was much further out closer to the waves breaking, maybe 60-75 yards further. All the shallow water swimming was worth it with lots of sea life to examine up close. Rum Point, Kaibo & dock, East End, were all close by

Top notch property and experience!

Willow Beach was a stunning villa that our family of 5 (parents and three adult children) thoroughly enjoyed. The moment you walk through the front door you're immediately taken by the panoramic ocean view in a way that can't quite be conveyed in photos. And the beach itself was clean, beautiful and quiet. The layout of the villa was perfect and it was beautifully furnished and decorated by an obviously talented interior decorator. The kitchen was fabulous with a dreamy appliance package, plenty of dishes, and everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was comfortable and the outside pool area was very enjoyable. The property manager was extremely easy to reach and work with. Top notch property and experience all the way! We didn't want to leave!

Wonderful Stay

Thank you so much for everything! We had a wonderful stay at Willow Beach. It was so beautiful and the place was amazing. We had a slight issue with the refrigerator and freezer not working and the manager and a worker came right over to help, even though it was a holiday! They were so responsive and helpful. We really appreciated them a lot.

Loved Our Stay

We loved our stay here. The home is new and amazing. I want the floor plan so I can build a beach home just like it someday! At first impression, the pool was smaller than I expected but it turned out to be great and didn't feel small when we were all playing in it (and we had 6 kids in our group). The ocean views are amazing! And the way the house is set-up you can enjoy them all the time. All of the windows had blind/curtains which was nice at night time, they aren't pictured so I wanted to call that out for anyone considering. The beach itself is very rocky and dirty (quite a bit of ocean trash washing up on it), the kids still had fun playing and exploring down there and collected a ton of cool shells. Great snorkeling just 20 yards our from the house and on the reef on a calm day, we were out there almost ever day! Loved our stay!

Perfection!

Willow Beach was amazing! I can’t think of one single thing that the house was lacking. They thought of everything! It was the perfect place to celebrate Christmas with my family. Great snorkeling, awesome outdoor living space, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful master baths, comfy beds, and great location. We will definitely return!

The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.

Willow Beach offers great reef-protected snorkeling while also having a sandy beachfront. 

The beaches in North Side usually have plenty of white sand, but can also have some spots of rocky “ironshore” with natural rock formations. With the abundant marine life we have in the water, you will want to wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection.

The big draw to this area is the proximity to the Rum Point Club, a public beach club with a barefoot beach, watersport and jet ski rentals, beach service, a new restaurant and bar, plus a gift shop, and pick-up beach volleyball. Also nearby is the Kaibo, a popular beachfront dining destination with 2 restaurants, a coffee shop, and a marina. 

Lastly, we have two large resorts in the east end, Morritt's and The Reef. Both offer manicured beaches as well as restaurants and beach bars. Across the street is a strip mall with a supermarket, wine & spirits shop, and dining at The Italian Kitchen. 

General Grand Cayman Beach Notes

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.

The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.

Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency during the summer. Our owners make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival. 

Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

Booking Rules

  • 5 nights minimum stay required. Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire.
  • 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
  • 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's week.
  • Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
  • Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.

Villa Cleaning & Sanitation

All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.

Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

Nearby Points of Interest

Getting Around

A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. 

For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
